We can still enjoy these bright, uplifting fall colors and get fresh air on a stroll or run outside.
Walking in nature is so good for our health. It strengthens the body, clears the thoughts, improves mental health.
You even don’t have to run. Strong going for 20 Minutes will make you feel much better.
